Matthew 4
Jesus was led
Not just by anyone
Led by the Spirit.
Jesus was led
Not just anywhere
Led into the wilderness.
Jesus was led
Not just to anyone
Led to Satan.
Jesus was led
Not just for anything
Led to be tempted.
And I am ever so thankful that He defeated Satan; then and there.
Defeated him with the word of God.
This same Jesus upholds everything by the word of His power. (Hebrews 1:3)
This same Jesus leads me. Why would I not follow? He is worthy.
